    Yes, while your sunglasses come with the iconic paperclip chain we also have other chains that you will fall in love with and can purchase separately from our accessories page.

    Can I use these chains with other sunglasses or glasses?

    Yes, 100% you can use the chains to keep any and all glasses secure. Eye glass chain ends are sold online at Etsy or Amazon. Best used with our proprietary system.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All protective materials, original box, and delivery package, along with accessories and documents, must be included.

    We cannot accept returns if the product exhibits signs of wear, use, or has been altered from its original condition.

    Packaging Instructions:

    Please securely seal your return with the original shipping box whenever possible. If unavailable. ensure the return box is well-padded to prevent transit damage.

    Timely Returns:

    Ensure your return reaches us within 14 days of the delivery date to be accepted for a refund. If not, the return will not be processed.

  • Rosa Rims ensures that each of our products adheres to the highest standard of quality and has passed all necessary technical and aesthetic checks.

    Our warranty guarantees that should any part of your frame or other collectible be found defective in either material or manufacture, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost within on year of the delivery date. If you reside in the EU, our warranty is honoured for two years from the date of delivery, but this does not preclude applicable law. It is important to note that this warranty does not cover purchases made through unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers.

    If your product is declared defective by our team and meets our one-year warranty criteria from date of delivery, we offer the following solutions to the customer or recipient:

    1. Rosa Rims send you the same product subject to availability; or, Rosa Rims may propose an exchange for another item of equivalent or higher value, in which case the initial price will be deducted, and, if applicable, you will be required to pay only the difference.
    2. If the product is deemed defective within the original return window and guidelines, Rosa Rims will offer a refund back to the original form of payment captured in our system.

    We require the original receipt for ALL products requesting a replacement or repair. Additionally, our warranty does not cover scratched lenses due to normal wear and tear or damage caused by mishandling, accidents, or unauthorized repair or alteration. It is important to understand that items damaged due to wear and tear and not considered defective.

    Limited Replacement:

    Due to the nature of our frames, we have a finite supply of replacement parts per frame. While we cannot guarantee exact matches, we are committed to preserving the original design. We will do our best to offer an exact match for your repair.
